Postage

Postage costs are per order not per item.

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of your payment clearing providing we have your item in stock.

If paying by cheque please allow 5 days for the cheque in addition to the 3 days to ship your item.

If your order is required within a week then the express delivery option must be used, so we can guarantee that you can get your order in time.

Refunds will not be made for missed deadlines for orders placed by standard shipping.

All items are covered for damage and breakages in the post, but we require you to keep all packaging and items to enable us to refund or replace items. If you do not keep broken or damaged items we will NOT be able to provide you with a refund or replacement

We cannot provide consequential compensation for lost, delay or damaged items by the courier, although a full refund or replacement will be made in this event.

Return postage costs for refunds/replacement are non refundable.

We do not refund initial postage charges.

Bulk items or special orders may need shipping costs agreeing different to those published as standard on the website.

No postage discount can be made.

Returns

All shop items are subject to a 14 day money back guarantee, items must be returned in the original condition and packaging this does not include made to order or personalised products including transfers & wedding stationery.

Despatch and Return postage costs will not be refunded, and the customer accepts responsibility for the item until the item is returned we advise to return on a tracked service that insures up to the value of the item you are returning.

Products which are personalised, are exempt from the distance selling guides for online purchases. Due to this fact any item which is personalised including transfers and wedding stationary are non-refundable.

Transferring Terms

Transfers are available for light and dark coloured t-shirts and come complete with full instructions of the application and fixing process.

Dark transfers need any white paper cutting from the transfer as this will remain white when ironed on to the T shirts.

To avoid cracking transfers must be used on 100% cotton material.

Transfers are used at your own risk, the instructions need to be read in full before you iron on your transfer if you make a mistake you will need to reorder and pay for a replacement transfer.

We do not accept compensation claims for other products used during the transfer process

If there has been an error with your order we will replace your transfer at no extra cost.
