Postage Costs

If you are ordering from the online shop the best way to calculate shipping is to add the products to the basket and the basket will automatically calculate the cost the maximum postage charged is £7.95 this is made up of £2.95 postage and a £5 surcharge if you purchase glassware shipping.

T-shirt Transfers - P&P £1 per order not per item

Wedding Stationery - P&P £2.95 excluding samples which are £1

Bouquet Flowers - P&P £1 per order not per item 

Crystal Pearl/Accents - P&P £1 per order not per item

Organza Sash's & Swags - P&P £1 per order not per item

Umbrellas £2.50 per umbrella (min order 4)

All glassware is charged at an additional £5 postage as it is posted by courier to cover for breakages.

The shop items are calculated by weight.

Postage costs are per order not per item.

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of your payment clearing providing we have your item in stock.

If paying by cheque please allow 5 days for the cheque in addition to the 3 days to ship your item.

If your order is required within a week then the express delivery option must be used, so we can guarantee that you can get your order in time.

Refunds will not be made for missed deadlines for orders placed by standard shipping.

All items are covered for damage and breakages in the post, but we require you to keep all packaging and items to enable us to refund or replace items.

We cannot provide compensation for lost, delay or damaged items by the courier, although a full refund or replacement will be made in this event.

Failure to keep the packaging and damaged items means your replacement or refund will be refused.

Return postage costs for refunds/replacement of items are the customers responsibility and are non refundable.

We do not refund dispatch postage charges.

Bulk items or orders especially put on the website may need shipping costs agreeing different to those published as standard on the website.
