Returns

All shop items are subject to a 14 day money back guarantee, items must be returned in the original condition and packaging this does not include made to order or personalised products.

  Initial and return postage costs will not be refunded, and the sender accepts responsibility for the item until it is returned. We advise to return on a tracked service that insures up to the value of the item you are returning.
You must also keep the receipt until we have refunded you for your order, as in the event of loss or damage we will require this to claim form the courier.

Products, which are personalised, are exempt from the distance-selling guides for online purchases. Due to this fact any item which has been personalised are non- refundable. Any product which is made to order is also excluded and non- refundable. This includes all transfers and Wedding Stationery.



Transfers

Transfers are available for light and dark coloured t-shirts and come complete with full instructions of the application and fixing process.

Dark transfers need any white paper cutting from the transfer as this will remain white when ironed on to the T shirts.

For best results and to avoid transfer cracking use a 100% cotton T shirt

Transfers come complete with full instructions.

Transfers are used at your own risk, the instructions need to be read in full before you iron on your transfer if you make a mistake you will need to reorder and pay for a replacement transfer.

We do not accept compensation claims for other items used during the transfer process.

Wedding Stationery

Wedding Stationery items are all completely handmade due to this fact there may be slight variations in colour and design this is unavoidable, no returns will be accepted for variations of design unless we deem it to be a major change.

Personalisation is required for wedding stationery and a booking form will be sent out please check your spellings as mistakes will need to be reordered and paid for.

If we have made an error with your order we will replace your stationery at no extra cost.

All faulty items will be replaced or refunded, please make us aware within reasonable time to allow us to offer you a refund, otherwise a replacement will be offered instead.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
